Stainless Steel Turbo Header
Modifications.
These headers are all gone over in the shop. I will show you some before and after pictures. We check all the welds and weld the under side of the bracing to ensure maximum strength. .030 stainless wire is used in the mig for best welds.
Here is the weld the manufacture uses on the brace. Only the top side of the brace is welded. But it looks ok because you can not realy see the bottom of the brace. It's not good enough. we fix this problem.
